Will this help me lose weight quickly?

Ok, ive decided to go on a yogurt and blueberry diet. I eat a couple servings of full fat yogurt (I don't do the shopping and full fat is what my mom buys so yeah) and unlimited blueberries. I know it's not the healthiest diet in the world and I may even gain it all back afterwards, I don't care. I just want to be able to fit into this one dress I have for the valentines day dance. I'm fine with going back to being chubby afterwards, because after that I have months to lose weight perminately before bikini season.
Here's my exercise:
Twice a week in track club I run 2-3 miles

Monday through Friday I ride my bike to school and back, 5 miles total, at a speed of about 15-20 miles per hour (I'm not certain but I can get to my friends house which is a little less than two miles away in six minutes if I catch the light)

Four days a week I do 20 minutes of dancing or varied exercise in aerobics class (we do yoga on Fridays and class isn't on weekends)

On Saturday and Sunday...I don't do much exercise but I plan to do sit-ups and pushups and at least take my dog for a longwalk.

Answer on Will this help me lose weight quickly?

it should, losing weight is cutting down on calories and since your cutting down by eating blueberries and yogurt it should, and exercising tones and cardio burns
